# When a User Gets locked out their accounts

1. Go to <mark style="color:red;">Active Directory Users and Computers</mark>&#x20;
2. Find the user whose account is locked&#x20;
3. Double click that user&#x20;
4. Go the <mark style="color:red;">Account</mark> Tab and enable <mark style="color:red;">Unlock Account</mark>&#x20;
